Responsibilities
What’s the overall purpose of the job?
- Exceed the expectations of members and guests in person and over the phone by delivering excellent customer service.
- Communicate and provide information to members, guests, prospective members and Virgin Active team members.
- Ensure customer service area and equipment is maintained and presented as laid out in the brand standards.
Requirements
- Held at least bachelor's degree in relate fields.
- Minimum 6 months of working experience in Customer Service or related fields
- Excellent communication (in-person) and service mind
- MS Office (Outlook) – basic
- Good command in English
- Able to work on shift basis and roster.
