Real Estate Business Development Leader

Your Mission

As our Real Estate Business Development Leader, you will define and implement the business development strategy for Decathlon Thailand. Your goal is to lead the expansion of our physical and digital presence through innovative, sustainable, and profitable real estate and business models.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the national business development strategy using a data-driven, customer-centric approach.

• Set the country’s vision, ambition, and expected outcomes across multiple development projects.

• Design and implement a multi-channel distribution network, including lockers, physical stores, and digital solutions.

• Develop new business models and define market entry/expansion strategies with clear roadmaps and priorities.

• Identify and prioritize physical development opportunities aligned with the country vision.

• Define national real estate policy: asset ownership, store characteristics, rent strategy, and divestment planning.

• Ensure compliance and performance tracking while guiding internal and external stakeholders.

• Lead and develop a high-performing team within an inclusive and engaging culture.

• Represent Decathlon in external (especially government) networks and drive sports-related initiatives.

• Collaborate with regional and global peers to align with United's goals, tools, and shared practices.

• Monitor market dynamics and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for portfolio growth.

• Review portfolio performance and recommend actions such as monetization, expansion, downsizing, or subleasing.

• Lead green building initiatives and collaborate with sustainability stakeholders.

• Proven track record in business development, real estate strategy, and cross-functional leadership

• Previous collaboration with finance, legal, and technical real estate teams

• Experience working with government agencies and external partners

• Ability to influence both senior executives and operational teams

• Project, program, and change management, including OKRs & KPIs
