Purchasing Division Manager (Automotive) Up to 55K/ Samut Prakan

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire purchasing process for both direct and indirect materials – from sourcing to stock management.
• Source new vendors/products offering competitive prices while maintaining quality and service standards.
• Develop and implement purchasing strategies that align with company goals.
• Forecast and analyze procurement budgets, pricing, and volume requirements.
• Negotiate terms and prepare contracts with suppliers.
• Ensure timely procurement of goods/services according to user requirements and budget constraints.
• Supervise and mentor the purchasing team, ensuring alignment with internal policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of purchasing/procurement experience in automotive parts manufacturing.
• At least 2 years of experience in purchasing team management.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and product dimensions. (2D drawing)
• Proven negotiation and collaboration skills with a focus on continuous cost improvement.
• Good command of English communication (TOEIC 550+ is a plus).
