Job Description:

Real Estate Consultants provide clients with value-added services, including provide lease management services, performing market analysis and helping clients find the best properties to buy, rent or invest. Provides clients with assistance throughout the buying and selling process of properties.
 

Responsibilities:

Working with clients to understand their needs and delivering a better experience by exceeding their expectations.

• Create and farm lists online and offline (survey at properties area zone) for real estate sale properties with information, location, features and square footage.
• Contacting potential clients to offer them property consultancy services
• Writing reports for clients with factual conclusions
• Counsel clients on market conditions, prices and mortgages
• Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties
• Showing commercial and residential properties to prospective buyers and renters. Also advising the client on the value and suitability of the properties
• Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
• Keep in touch with the clients on a regular basis to enhance and maintain the relationship
• Follow up on all documentation through to sales process and after-sales requirements.
• Work in a team to reach the OKRs that company provided.
   

Skills and qualifications:

• Service minded and Emphatic
• Charismatic appeal with a smart attitude.
• Excellent analytical skills to evaluate properties for clients
• Attention to detail
• Attitude of patience and counsel
• Fluent in English (Chinese is a plus)
• Skilled in coordination and negotiation
• Enthusiasm and interpersonal skills
