Role & Responsibilities

• Advise client on renting and buying condominiums

• Build relationships with and advise landlords on selling or renting out their property

• Execute contractual and transfer process to ensure smooth property transaction

Qualifications

• Passionate in sales or real estate industry

• Self-driven, mature, and open to learn new things

• Previous experience in real estate industry is preferred but not required

• Cars or motorbike is needed for transportation

• English language is a plus

• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply

Role & Responsibilities

• สร้างความสัมพันธ์และให้คำปรึกษากับเจ้าของทรัพย์ในการขายหรือเช่า

• ดูแลเรื่องสัญญาตลอดจนการโอนกรรมสิทธิ์

Qualifications

• หลงใหลในงานขายหรืองานที่เกี่ยวกับอสังหาริมทรัพย์ 

• มีความรับผิดชอบสูง 

• ต้องการเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ ๆ 

• มีรถยนต์หรือจักรยานยนต์สำหรับการเดินทาง 

• หากพูดภาษาอังกฤษได้ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ 

• ยินดีต้อนรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
