Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in the acquisition, sale, or leasing of residential and investment properties in Bangkok and Pattaya

• Conduct tailored property consultations and private viewings

• Negotiate agreements with discretion and professionalism

• Draft and manage rental and sales contracts with legal precision

• Manage listings using the firm’s internal proprietary system

• Maintain detailed client records through our CRM platform

• Deliver an exceptional client experience that reflects Kakar Holdings' high standards

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree (any field)

• Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Fluent in Thai and English (proficiency in other languages is an asset)

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset

• Technologically proficient (Microsoft Office, Outlook, MacOS)

• Background in real estate, hospitality, or corporate sales is preferred

• High-performing recent graduates are welcome to apply
