About Us

Wansoff is a new real estate agency in Pattaya specializing in selling luxury off-plan properties from trusted developers. Our portfolio includes over 60 villas projects and 50 condos projects being integrated into our offerings. We work with both Thai and English-speaking clients, building strong relationships and adapting to different needs.

Thanks to our effective marketing strategies, we’re receiving an increasing number of client inquiries and are looking for talented individuals to join our expanding sales team to meet this growing demand.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• efficiently processes incoming client requests;
• identifies client needs and matches them with suitable properties;
• conducts meetings and property viewings with potential buyers;
• coordinates transactions to ensure smooth and successful closings;
• establishes and maintains strong client relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.

• commission-based income, standardly ranging from 40%-80% of the company's earnings per deal, with no cap - your income is in your hands;

• a diverse portfolio of 80+ premium properties, including exclusive villas and condos in Pattaya and nearby areas;
• training on cutting-edge tools, including AI-powered technologies, to maximize your efficiency and income;
• administrative support for routine tasks, allowing you to focus on building client relationships;
• fuel and phone expenses fully covered;
• own convenient system for working with developers' projects significantly accelerating the search for information on projects;
• personalized PDF property selections created for each client, boosting conversion rates and enhancing the client experience;
• we also support the professional development of our employees and offer the opportunity to advance to the position of Head of Sales in the near future.

Who We Are Looking For

We will be happy to welcome you to our team if you:

• are a Thai Permanent Resident, located in Pattaya or ready to move and work here;
• have experience in real estate or luxury sales;
• own a vehicle and hold a valid driver’s license;
• are fluent in Thai for client interactions and basic English for team communication;
• are passionate about sales and eager to develop your skills.
