Project Specialist

Strategic Project Management

• Define project goals, scope, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports.
• Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Lead planning and execution of cross-functional projects aligned with executive priorities.
• Monitor and track team tasks via Jira (or similar tools) to ensure on-time execution.

Executive Support & Communication

• Facilitate effective communication between the Director and stakeholders across functions.
• Ensure alignment, transparency, and accountability on key initiatives.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism.
• Prepare executive-level reports, summaries, and presentations for internal and external use.

Operational Coordination

• Coordinate meetings, workshops, and strategy sessions to support the Director’s agenda.
• Track progress of initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and KPIs.
• Support performance monitoring and delivery of measurable outcomes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a corporate or executive-level setting.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional and high-visibility projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English—both written and verbal.
• High integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
• Proficiency in Jira, Microsoft 365, and other collaboration for project management tools.
