Project Manager

Key responsibilities: 
1. Operation Management
1.1 Acknowledge the vision, policy and goals directly with the supervisors. to plan for further operations.
1.2 Plan management, implement and supervise the work under responsibility to achieve the goals as specified. Agree with customers and sales within the budget, quality (Quality Plan) and time limit.
1.3 Supervise production and installation operations according to plans or projects. including liaising with customers and/or other parties relevant until the work or project is achieved to the satisfaction of the customer. within budget, cost, quality and time
1.4 Meeting to discuss with the team and those involved. to solve problems or defects in the operation until the satisfaction of all parties involved
1.5 Prepare and supervise the place, equipment, tools and vehicles required for production or installation in accordance with the goals, quality, cost budget and scheduled time
2. Modify the design as appropriate and according to the needs of the customer by using various design programs
3. Estimate cost Implementing all projects including the cost of materials, equipment and contractors.
4. Control all types of expenditures under responsibility to be within the approved budget.
5. Visit the work site to supervise the installation of workpieces according to the designs and goals.
6. Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor directly or above

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior design, Event Management or related

- 5 years’ experience in Booth production, installation, construction work in exhibition or job relevant

- Computer use (Word/ Excel/ Internet etc.) and design programs (Sketchup, Autocad, etc.)

- Familiarity with a variety of building materials

- Excellent command of English

- Communication and project management skills

- Meticulous detail

- Ability to solve immediate problems

- Have a good personality and good human relations

Producer

Key responsibilities:

1. Responsible for projects assigned by supervisor.

2. Supervise all production work such as show rehearsals, run queue, organizing activities.

3. Be creative and be able to share opinions about the work, such as promotional activities/shows.

4. Control the quality of the structure, lighting, color, sound according to the design and agreed with the customer.

5. Collaborate well with Designer, Creative, Operation, Client and Sales team.

6. Select and recruit Suppliers who will join the work appropriately and according to the work's capabilities.

7. Project supervision and delegate work to subordinates as appropriate along with controlling the project to meet the set budget.

8. Manage, keep documents and equipment of customers systematically.

9. Clear all the expenses with finance department.

10. Design questionnaires, customer satisfaction surveys and summarized for the team.

11. Assign tasks to subordinates appropriately.

12. Perform other tasks as assigned by direct supervisors or higher.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Communication Arts, fine arts, Event production or related fields

• Event or Exhibition project management at least 1-2 years.

• Knowledge of the material, equipment for various exhibitions

• Knowledge of light & sound in the show

• Good command of English

• Good problem solving

• Have connections in the field of entertainment, managing artists, celebrities

• Visionary and creative

• Good communication skills

• Have enthusiasm and general cognitive ability, keeping up to date

• Good human relations, polite, personality

• Love working in events and exhibitions

• Patience and honesty towards the profession

• Able to work under pressure and time strain
