Project Management Control - Chinese Speaking (Bangpoo)

Your main role is to:

• To organize and coordinate for engineering and administration activity.
• To implement and maintain of company policy and process control procedure ISO9001, ISO14001and OHSAS18001 for operation matters
• Document system control.
• Contact with HRA and related department for general support such as transportation, Visa application and oversea person contact and support.
• Request and control the stationary, equipment purchasing and supply control.
• Project control, material control, collect performance report and external order.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor's Degree in administrative, Liberal Arts Chinese Major or any related fields.
• Computer literacies in MS-Windows and MS-Office.
• Ability to hard work, can work under pressure.
• Excellent time management skills for working within established timelines and schedules.
• Communication skill in English and Chinese.
