Production Supervisor (Automotive) - Bangpoo

Job Description:

Executes of product's testing requirements and perform a day-to-day test engineering support for both NPI and MP lines to achieve production output requirement. 

Your main role is to:

• Control the production process to proceed continuously without stopping during production and achieve the production target. 

• Coordinate with support team for production smoothly.

• Control the executives to comply with the company's rules, regulations and policies.

• Develop and improve production efficiency, reduce waste, increase productivity, and reduce production costs

• Perform other duties as assigned by the commander.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Measurement Engineering; Industrial Engineering; Mechanical Engineering; Industrial Design; Electrical & Electronic Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 2 years' experience in Production control industry (with supervisory function for some business groups)

• Strong inter-personal skill and leadership

• Good command of both spoken and written English. (Chinese is plus)

• Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
