Salary: 75,000 - 110,000 THB Industry: Manufacturing Location: Siam Eastern Industrial Park Work Type: Mon - Sat 07:30 AM - 16:30 PM - Saturday working (Twice per a month) Job description Develop strategic plan for optimized productivity Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivational work environment, and implementing innovative changes Adhere to company standards for excellence and quality Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships Provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas Efficiency lead, Coaching and Supporting factory's activities to be aligned with Business performing *Purchase* Develop and implement a comprehensive purchasing and supply chain strategy aligned with company goals, setting long-term objectives and KPIs. Coordinate with internal departments, ensure procurement documentation is accurate. Manage delivery schedules, track product shipments, and ensure proper inspection and acceptance of goods. Monitor supplier performance, conduct visits, and collaborate to enhance supplier capabilities and resolve issues. Maintain compliance with quality standards, oversee procurement team operations, manage budgets, and engage in company activities as assigned. General qualification Must: Experience in production and purchasing from the following product industrial: Refrigerators, Freezers, Air Conditioners, etc. Excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation skills, high leadership, Able to manage and supervise of work with Thai and Japanese.
