General Description

 Therm-O-Disc seeks a well-rounded Production Planer to lead key elements of the Production Planer function

Primary Responsibilities:

·         Adjust schedule with the material acknowledgement and confirm back to the communicator.

·         Check stock and adjust plan to control inventory

·         Issue Production plan

·         Shoot schedule the to Live Load Station

·         Plant and Line Capacity Maintenance (LMNT)

·         Invalid orders allocation and control over schedule to make rework notice.

·         Set inventory record and control plant for new model.

·         Review negative report for inventory control.

·         Activate Line Leaders’ Accountability for Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Delivery

·         As needed, promoting ownership and responsibility

·         Responsible for WIP (Work in Progress) Transaction Management

·         Daily management

·         Communicating with Cross-Functional Teams for Rescheduling

·         As needed, based on operational changes

·         Coordinate with Scheduler for Rescheduling (In/Out)

·         As needed, to address material shortages, capacity/staffing issues, quality concerns, etc.

·         Daily Monitoring of Production Output Status and Follow-Up

·         Sub-Assembly: Daily monitoring

·         Finished Goods (FG): Daily monitoring (485 items, active 250 items)

Qualifications

 ·         Experience working in an industrial company is preferred.

·         Male or Female 33-38 Years old

·         Experience using MRP concept / Oracle program is preferred

·         Bachelors in Logistics, Business, Engineering or Supply Chain Management

·         Experience: 3-8 years in Production and Materials Planning

·         English proficiency and good communication skill.

·         Computer literacy and possesses knowledge basis manage on ISO 9000, ISO 14001.

·         Interpersonal, self-confidence and enthusiasm.

·         Commitment to planning and strong system of control and follow-up.
