Responsibilities: Requirement: ● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA advanced degrees are a plus. ● 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, specifically in mobile applications, FinTech, or related domain ● Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex mobile financi products or features from concept to launch. ● Strong understanding of FinTech trends, including digital banking, payments, wealth management, credit scoring, and blockchain technologies. ● Excellent product management skills with the ability to prioritize, execute, and lead cross-functional teams. ● Strong technical background with familiarity in mobile application development, particularly for iOS and Android. ● Understand mobile SDK structure and implementation for iOS and Android. ● Experience in AI chatbot for customer service implementation is a plus ● Exceptional understanding of UX/UI best practices, with a focus on designing for mobile platforms. ● Strong analytical skills and have a proven record in using data analytic tools such as google analytic, mix panel, braze or other BI tools for user analysis, funnel analysis. ● Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear product requirements and technical specification ● Strong analytical mindset, with experience in using data to drive product decisions.
● Develop and own the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals, customer needs, and technical capabilities. Prioritize features, enhancements, and improvements based on data-driven insights and user feedback.
● Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of new features, from ideation to execution. Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure seamless delivery, focusing on delivering features that are intuitive, scalable, and valuable to users.
● Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, data science, and legal teams to ensure the successful implementation of features while balancing technical feasibility, business requirements, and regulatory compliance.
● Maintain a deep understanding of user pain points and behaviors to ensure the financial app provides an intuitive, user-friendly experience. Advocate for user-centric design and continuously iterate based on feedback.
● Stay informed about the latest FinTech trends and technologies, and apply them to create cutting-edge solutions. Evaluate and integrate new technologies into the product to maintain competitive advantage and enhance user experience.
● Define and track product KPIs to evaluate success, including user adoption, retentio engagement, and financial outcomes. Use data insights to refine the product strategy and iterate on features.
● Ensure all product features adhere to financial regulations and data privacy standard (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS, KYC/AML), and work closely with compliance teams to navigate complex regulatory environment.
