Job Description

• Developing and executing product marketing activities for tractors and/or agricultural machinery.
• Conducting product benchmarking to compare features, performance, and pricing with competitors.
• Gathering and analyzing product market inputs to support further product development and innovation.
• Developing marketing materials, including brochures, videos, product reviews, and digital content.
• Managing the product lifecycle from launch to phase-out, ensuring clear communication of value propositions and competitiveness.
• Supporting the sales team with product knowledge, technical details, and unique selling points.
• Planning and executing promotional activities such as trade shows, road shows, product demonstrations, and product training sessions.
• Monitoring marketing campaign effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mechanical/Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in agricultural machinery or related industries.
• Confident English communication skills.
• Experience in product benchmarking and competitive analysis.
• Strong skills in market analysis and competitive intelligence.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and online platforms.
• Ability to travel domestically as required.
