Product Manager – Head Department

We at Surazinsano, part of the German Einhell Group, are looking for an experienced Product Manager.

As Product Manager, you are an integral part of our success. Therefore, we need an exceptional personality who combines vision, knowledge and hard work to achieve his/her ambition to reach senior management levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the product team to ensure high efficiency and product excellence.

• Strategically plan and manage product development projects.

• Develop and maintain a professional product range required by the demands and requirements from our customers and based on our product strategy.

• Ensure readiness of new products before market launch for successful rollouts.

• Contact with international suppliers about existing and potential products.

• Responsible for all compliance and quality related questions.

• Providing product training / demonstrations for both  internal staff and customers

• Extensive market and user research.

Experience in the following will give you an advantage:

·       At least 5 years of experience in product management and managing teams.

• Understanding and experience in the field of power tools.

• In-depth knowledge of welding technologies, including materials, techniques, and quality standards, with hands-on experience in the field

• Very good knowledge in the field of project work, certification and product development.

·       Experience in the trading business is an advantage.

• Experience with SAP B1 is an advantage.

Qualification:

• Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Engineering, or related field.

• Skills:

  • Strategic thinking and product vision.

  • Data-driven decision making.

  • Proficiency in MS office applications, especially Excel and Outlook

  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
