Product Development (Land for Cash product)

• Take ownership of the development and management of the Land for Cash product, as well as any future initiative products.

• Drive product innovation by refining product criteria, optimizing processes, and identifying new opportunities for business expansion and segmentation.

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to successfully launch new programs and processes as the Product Owner.

• Monitor and analyze performance trends, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven solutions to enhance product performance.

• Prepare and deliver insightful monthly performance updates and presentations to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in product development, business strategy, or financial services (experience in secured lending is a plus).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.

• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing projects from ideation to execution.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively across teams.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with data analytics tools is a plus.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change, and drive continuous improvement.
