Procurement Specialist (Temporary Contract - Songkhla Based)

About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team on a temporary contract. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement of goods and services for the organization on a temporary basis. This role involves identifying suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that procurement activities align with the company's standards and requirements. The position is crucial for maintaining the supply chain and supporting the organization's operational needs.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Identify and Evaluate Suppliers: Research and select suppliers that meet the company's quality and cost requirements.

• Negotiate Contracts: Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure the best deals.

• Manage Purchase Orders: Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

• Monitor Inventory Levels: Track inventory and reorder supplies as needed to prevent shortages.

• Ensure Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.

• Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier performance.

• Collaborate with Departments: Work closely with various departments to understand their procurement needs and provide support.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Experience: Previous 1-5 year experience in procurement or supply chain management is preferred.

• Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Able to be based at the Songkhla Facility.
