Job Description

  1. Monitor Payroll calculation and salary payment 
  2. Manage & follow up process about Social Security, Compensation Fund, Provident Fund and Income Tax 
  3. Manage Welfare work (in monetary jobs) 
  4. Performance management system Evaluation 
  5. Control Labour Cost & Design Salary Structure

 

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

  1. อายุ 40 - 45 ปี
  2. ป.ตรี สาขาบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล บริหารธุรกิจ การจัดการ เศรษฐศาสตร์ และสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานด้าน Compensation & Benefits อย่างน้อย 5 ปี
  4. มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและประมวลผลด้วยโปรแกรม Excel เช่น Power Query , Power Pivot
  5. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับกฎหมายแรงงานและมาตรฐานการจ่ายค่าตอบแทน
  6. มีความรับผิดชอบสูงและสามารถจัดการงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
  7. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษดี
  8. มีทักษะการการใช้โปรแกรม HRIS และ PMS
