Your main role is to:
 

• Being accountable for acting as a channel dealing with salary/insurance/employee benefits in a plant, and assisting in executing administrative works and activities.
• Executing works related to monthly, daily, subcontract personnel's payroll, assessment, promotion, bonus, annual income tax withholding, etc.
• Producing reports related to monthly, daily, subcontract personnels compensation.
• Being accountable for planning activities, projects, demand surveys and effectiveness evaluation related to employee welfare.
• Responding to a wide range of wages and benefits issues appropriately and proposing case resolutions.
• Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate.
• processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, taxes, and other deductions.
• Ensure salaries and benefits comply with the current legislation about human rights and pay equity.
• Conduct internal audits of Payroll and compensation processes within the organizations

Who are we looking for?
 

• Minimum degree in Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification.
• At least 5 - 8 years of working knowledge and experience in HR & Payroll Solutions.
• Excellent in MS Excel and payroll software.
• Knowledge of personal tax and social security regulation is a must.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, in Thai and English.
• Strong logical thinking and attention to details 
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Be able to work under pressure and moving growth environment
