Part-Time Camp KISRP Boarding Supervisor (for overnight hours)

Employment Arrangements:

• Part-time Contract during June 21 - July 12, 2025 (3-weeks camp) 

• 6 working days per week / 15 working hours a day included overnight hours

• Shift Pattern: 15:00-22:00 and 06:00-08:00.

• This job requires overnight hours, employees must attend to the needs of students at night. If they are awake, employees may sleep during the hours of 22:00-06:00 if students are asleep (student curfew is 21:00).

• Full accommodation and meal during working days.

• Not entitled for full-time staff benefit.

• Daily wage is as below, this cash amount is subject to deduction of personal income tax as required by the laws of Thailand.

  • 2,500 THB gross per day for Thai hire

• The total payment will be paid at the end of 3-weeks camp session, by Bank Transfer

Report to: Director of Athletics and Activities

Position Summary

This position requires that the employee work with the Director of Boarding, the Director of Athletics and Activities, and the Camp KISRP Manager to provide supervision of camp children once the camp day (8:30 - 15:30) finishes.  This position will also require availability on Saturdays and Sundays according to the arrival and departure schedules of students.  The main responsibilities of this position are listed below:

1. Depending on the employee's gender, supervises the boys or girls in the boarding home when the camp day is finished.  

2. Organizes enriching teambuilding and recreational activities for students in the boarding home once the camp day is finished; ensures that students follow good hygiene practices before going to sleep each evening and enforces supervision of curfew each evening.

3. Ensures the safety of students and in the KIS Boarding Village (student boarding home) by responding to emergencies during the night.

4. Works with the boarding home nurse and health office to support any health concerns.

5. Prepares students each morning for the camp day by ensuring that they have breakfast and camp supplies (bag, supplies, water bottle, hat, etc.) ready each day.

6. Collaborate with other boarding supervisors and junior boarding staff members to divide tasks and responsibilities.

Academic & Professional Qualifications 

• Thai nationals with working experience in international school are welcome.

• Minimum University Bachelor's degree

• Newly graduated university students are welcome

• Fluent in English

• Experience in international schools preferred

• Experience managing and supervising children is preferred

• First aid certification (in the past 2 years) is preferred, but we can provide training

• Police background check and references will be required
