Part Inventory Control Officer ; PSTH Serithai

Position: Part Inventory Officer; PSTH Serithai

Working location: Serithai, Kannayao district

• Service part planning and ordering from local and overseas suppliers.

• Monitor back-order status and place urgent part orders as needed.

• Monitor and control service part deliveries from suppliers.

• Maintain and update the part master in the SAP system for new and replacement parts.

• Communicate and follow up with marketing and suppliers regarding new product launches, new service parts details, service manuals, and pricing.

• Coordinate with third parties (e.g., warehouse, logistics, etc.) for service parts inbound shipments, handling, and invoicing

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or any related field. 

• 3 years up experience in a warehouse, spare part, and inventory control process in home appliance products (Air-Conditioner Repairs Part Products) are preferable. 

• Experince in demand planning, inventory management and import function.

• Well-known company's products and services in the consumer market knowledge in SAP System. 

• Solid in Microsoft Office (Excel Formular ; Pivot, VLOOKUP) 

• Good communication in English with writing and speaking.

• Excellent communication, and team coordination between branches of warehouse and multi-tasking skills to support ad-hoc tasks.
