Responsibilities: Oversee artwork and packaging development, collaborating with Client’s internal teams and suppliers to ensure packaging standards across all brands. Manage the design, creation, and updates for packaging components, including material, labelling, barcodes, and compliance with Canada, USA, and EU regulations. Coordinate packaging for re-packs, label requests, and packaging shipments, working closely with Client’s sales and logistics departments. Maintain an organized artwork library, ensuring files are up to date on Client shared drives (SAP/Sharepoint/Box). Implement formal approval processes for new items across QA, sales, packaging, and category teams. Manage relationships with creative resources, including agencies and contractors, and handle cost quotes and shipment scheduling for packaging. Track packaging changeovers to ensure smooth communication across production, sales, and purchasing teams. Annual and daily reviews of product specifications and packaging standards to ensure compliance with internal, regulatory, and customer requirements. Performance and accuracy in tracking packaging artwork and managing packaging resources. Suggest and implement continuous improvements in packaging efficiency, waste reduction, and material use. Effective cross-functional communication and alignment on QA and packaging standards. Qualifications: Experienced in artwork and packaging development. Excellent oral and written English skills. U.S. Pacific Time Zone working hours (Approx start working at 8PM). Willingness to travel. Adobe Illustrator or other Creative software knowledge.
