Ongoing Reliability Test (ORT) / Final Quality Control (FQC) Engineer (Bangpoo)

We are looking for a FQC/ORT Engineer to coordinate FQC and OQC daily inspections work plan to ensure that sampling requirements are met according to procedures, ensuring product quality and smooth shipment.
 

Your main role is to:

• Continuously improve the test process and optimize the test program

• Make efforts to streamline manpower, integrate testing resources, and cultivate diverse skills of Personnel

• Control and reduce the outflow of defective products in order to improve product quality and customer satisfaction

• Improve process of all test stations in ORT to increase sampling quantity and optimize testing met Hods

• Detect the process/material/design defects and reduce the outflow of quality risks

• Maintain all equipment and software for support ORT process by smoothly

• Coordinated with other departments to analyze product failures

• Weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual quality report of ORT

• Assist the inspector to quickly eliminate abnormalities to improve inspection efficiency

• Quality inspector performance interview, evaluation score

• Next month's work plan

• This year's work summary and next year's work plan

• Participating in various related meetings

• Working with another department as assign

• Complete additional jobs as assigned by supervisor
   

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor of Electronics/Electrical Engineering (EE), Mechanical, or related fields.

• At least 1 year's experience in the networking product field

• Good command of spoken and written English, computer literacy.

• Availability for occasional night shift work. (มีการเข้างานกะกลางคืนเป็นครั้งคราว)

• Basic knowledge of ISO9001

• Can find and feedback problems in time

• Have strong communication

• Well organized, Problem solving, strong leadership, good analytical thinking, and service minded

• Chinese writing and speaking is a plus.
