Network Engineer

Responsibilities

• As a Network /  Service Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining the customer’s network to ensure continuous day-to-day operation, including the backup system, which is crucial. 

• Your primary duties will involve managing the IP Phone system, switches, WIFI, conducting wireless site surveys, and overseeing the backup system. 

• Your role will encompass handling support requests, incidents, and changes to guarantee the reliability and efficiency of our customer's infrastructure. 

• You will play a key role in networking, starting from monitoring, solving service requests, managing incidents, and implementing changes include backup system and make then delivery OPM documentation.
   

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Science, or Computer Science, IT

• At least minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the field of Network and backup system

• Knowledge about Avamar backup, Networker backup

• Knowledge about OSI model

• Knowledge about Cisco configuration

• Knowledge about IP PHONE
