Merchandising Administrator (1-Year Contract)

Role & Responsibility: 

Document and Order Management

• Verify order confirmations after purchase
• Check invoice details and shipping information

Financial Coordination

• Prepare documents and process supplier payments

Shipment Tracking

• Monitor shipment status using documents received from overseas
• Coordinate with the shipping department

Online Product Data Management

• Save product images and forward them to the e-commerce team
• Upload product details to the website and prepare E-Catalogs

Brand and Product Information Preparation

• Research basic brand and product information
• Prepare data for presentations to relevant teams

Additional Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
• Knowledge of E-commerce or Fashion Merchandising is a plus

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Marketing or etc…
• At least  0-1 years’ experience in merchandising or administrator function
• Passionate about fashion and always up-to-date with trends
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and document management skills
• Responsible, dedicated, and able to work well in a team
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
