LINE SHOPPING is looking for a highly analytical and strategic Media Strategy & Performance Planner to join our growing team. You will play a critical role in developing and executing both  paid and unpaid media strategies, managing ad budget allocation, optimizing campaign performance, and reporting on funnel performance from traffic to conversion.

You will work hand-in-hand with the Marketing Campaign Manager, ensuring that all campaigns are aligned, data-driven, and delivering measurable results. This is a key cross-functional role that bridges the gap between strategy, execution, and performance insights.

Responsibilities

Media Strategy & Planning:

  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Campaign Manager to align media strategy with campaign objectives
  • Develop comprehensive media plans and traffic allocation across digital platforms (both paid and unpaid)
  • Recommend and plan media mix across upper-funnel and lower-funnel stages to maximize traffic and ROAS

Execution & Optimization:

  • Lead LINE Ads campaign setup, targeting strategy, and bidding configuration
  • Monitor and continuously optimize campaign performance across audience segments, placements, and creatives
  • Apply A/B testing frameworks to optimize key variables such as creatives, audience, and ad formats

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

  • Own the end-to-end media performance reporting process, including weekly/monthly campaign analysis
  • Track and report KPIs across the full-funnel journey (impressions, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate)
  • Deliver actionable insights to the Marketing Campaign Manager and other stakeholders to drive performance improvement

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams including campaign management, creative, data analytics, and other relevant teams
  • Act as the media expert to support campaign teams with platform knowledge, targeting options, and optimization levers

 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in digital media planning and performance marketing, preferably in e-commerce or digital platforms
  • Strong hands-on experience with LINE Ads and other unpaid internal media
  • Experience using analytical data tools such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, or BI dashboards
  • Deep understanding of media funnel strategies and performance metrics
  • Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Professional proficiency in English and Thai
