Mechanical Maintenance Technician (Contract 12 Month)

Functional responsibilities

• ทำการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันบนอุปกรณ์เครื่องกล รวมถึงการตรวจสอบ การหล่อลื่น และการทำความสะอาด

• แก้ไขปัญหาและซ่อมแซมความผิดปกติของอุปกรณ์เครื่องกล เช่น ปั๊ม มอเตอร์ วาล์ว และส่วนประกอบอื่น ๆ

• ติดตั้งและเปลี่ยนชิ้นส่วนเครื่องกลตามความจำเป็น

• รักษาบันทึกการบำรุงรักษาและการซ่อมแซมอย่างถูกต้อง

• ปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบและขั้นตอนความปลอดภัยทั้งหมด

• ร่วมมือกับบุคลากรซ่อมบำรุงและทีมผลิตเพื่อให้การดำเนินงานราบรื่น

• ระบุและรายงานความเสี่ยงของอุปกรณ์หรือความปลอดภัยที่อาจเกิดขึ้น

• ปรับปรุงกระบวนการและเทคนิคการบำรุงรักษาอย่างต่อเนื่อง

• ตรวจสอบ ซ่อมแซม และบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรในโรงงานเพื่อให้มีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด

• วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาเครื่องจักร

• ควบคุมผู้จัดจำหน่ายและผู้รับเหมา ที่ทำงานร่วมกับ Linde

• สามารถตอบสนองอย่างรวดเร็วในกรณีฉุกเฉินทั้งกลางวันและกลางคืน

• สามารถประสานงานกับทีม Production, Electrical, and Automation

  Who are we looking for:

• Diploma in Mechanical or related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of in maintaining and repairing rotating equipment, including

  o   Pumps (centrifugal, positive displacement, etc.)

  o   Fans and blowers

  o   Gearboxes

  o   Bearings and seals

  o   Screw compressors

• Skill of hydraulic, pneumatic, conveyor, pump, compressor, boiler, chiller, cooling. (Static / Rotating)
