Master Rocker (Senior Recreation Supervisor)

Hard Rock Hotel & Cafe Pattaya is looking for a Master Rocker (Senior Recreation Supervisor) to be another member of our team and be a part of this cultural icon. Master Rocker (Senior Recreation Supervisor) will be responsible for the roles and possess the following qualifications.

Job summary

• Ensure all Team Members under your supervision are scheduled according to the hotel’s level of business and daily check staffing availability.

• Able to perform water rescue acts, CPR and First Aid certified, competent and able to administer required.

• Implement daily animation activities around the pool in accordance with programs established by the Assistant Vibe Manager.

• Ensure only in-house Guests, Fitness Members, paying patrons of the Cabanas occupy the pool area.

• Have a good understanding of the use of all fitness equipment/billing procedure/all animation program/ Roxity Kids Club animation program. 

• Conduct animation/ team building activities programs when required.

• Handle all Guest requests and complaints appropriately adhering to the hotel’s general guidelines for complimentary treatments and items and refunds. 

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications;

• An energetic person who has working experience in Hotel Business would be a strong plus.

• Graduate with a degree or higher in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Sports Science, Performing Art/Music or related fields.

• At least 2-3 year experience with a proven track record in Pool & Life Guard Supervisor or related responsibilities, either in an international branded four or five star would be an advantage.

• Outgoing & cheerful personality and be highly presentable.

• Strong customer serviced mind and always flexible.

• Good command of English written and verbal, and communication skills.

• Computer, Internet, e-mail and MS office literate are essential.

• This position is restricted to individuals with full working rights for Thailand only.
