Marketing Manager (Senior -Lead level) - MRT Samyan (ID:667767)

Location: Pathumwan, Bangkok (MRT Samyan) 
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM 
 
Job Description: 

• Collaborate with supervisors to plan and execute strategies under the scope of the marketing department.

• Coordinate with internal and external teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.

• Manage the budget for all marketing activities planned by the department.

• Analyze, plan, supervise, and measure the outcomes of all marketing tasks within the department.

• Implement work systems to improve the efficiency of the marketing team.

• Recruit and develop the human resources within the marketing department.

• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirement:

MUST

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communication Arts, or related fields.

• At least 3-5 years of experience in Marketing.

• Ability to plan and execute marketing strategies.

• Skills in marketing tools such as Social Listening, SEO, Ads Manager, etc.

• Creative, quick-witted, detail-oriented, and proficient in the Thai language.

• Capable of working in a fast-changing environment with flexibility to adapt to business needs.

• Resilient, able to handle pressure and maintain composure.

• Knowledge and understanding of the education system.

GOOD TO HAVE

• Experience in the education industry.

• Interest in the education system, knowledge of the TCAS exam system, or previous work in
