Marketing Credit Card Promotion Executive (Management Level), Bangkok

Key Responsibility:

As a Marketing Credit Card Promotion Executive (Management Level) within the Financial Services industry, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing credit card programs your responsibilities include:
 

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for credit card programs, aligning with organizational goals and market trends.

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of credit card products, from conceptualization to launch, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.

  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments related to credit card portfolios, implement risk mitigation strategies, and ensure adherence to risk management policies.

  • Develop and refine underwriting guidelines for credit card applications, balancing risk and profitability while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective credit card marketing campaigns, promotions, and customer acquisition strategies.

  • Regularly analyze credit card portfolios, monitor key performance indicators, and implement strategies for portfolio optimization.

  • Focus on enhancing the overall customer experience by identifying and implementing improvements in credit card processes and services.

  • Stay abreast of regulatory changes affecting credit card operations and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

  • Lead and manage a team of professionals involved in credit card operations, underwriting, and customer support.

  • Generate and analyze performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and achieving business objectives.
     

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

  • Extensive experience in credit card management, including product development, risk management, and portfolio optimization.

  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements related to credit card operations.

  • Proven leadership and team management skills.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.

  • Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Familiarity with industry trends and emerging technologies in credit card services.

  • Good command in English
