Marketing Communications Manager will be responsible for the roles and possess the following qualifications.

Job summary

• Understand the business goal and standard, then integrate it into S&M activities.
• Create activities/events/promotions for brand exposure and hotel profitability.
• Prepare, budget, implement, and support DOSM/ADOSM for an annual marketing communications plan for the hotel.
• Monitor/Oversee the HRHP website, Social Media Plan, and Digital Marketing Agency (3rd party) along with Digital Marketing Manager.
• Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customers’ touch points.
• Create and maintain contacts of celebrities’/travel bloggers/ travel influencers/ media/ sponsors/ partner/ suppliers.
• Ensure all guest-facing materials including guest stationeries, and marketing collaterals (print and digital) are adhering to the brand standards.
• Responsible for advertising, recording all paid, and non-paid media coverage and exposures.
• Personally handle contact with all media; plan, manage and co-ordinate all fam trips/visits from media.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have this following qualifications;

• An energetic person who has working experience in Hotel Business would be a strong plus.
• Graduate with a degree or higher Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or related fields.
• At least 2-3 year experience with a proven track record in Marketing and Communication Manager or Marketing Communication Executive or related responsibilities, either in an international branded four or five star would be an advantage.
• Outgoing & cheerful personality and be highly presentable.
• Strong customer serviced mind and always flexible.
• Good command of English written and verbal, and communication skills.
• Computer, Internet, e-mail and MS office literate are essential.
• This position is open for full working rights for Thailand only.
