Marketing Communication Assistant Manager (Quinn) Job Description Strategic Planning & Content Development Plan and develop comprehensive marketing communication and content strategies exclusively for Quinn. Establish and consistently maintain a unique brand voice for Quinn while ensuring messages and communications are cohesive, impactful, and aligned with the overall brand direction. Conceptualize and execute seasonal campaigns for Quinn, including the creation of both offline and online content (e.g., window displays, digital content, lookbooks, and other marketing materials). Social Media & Content Coordination Plan and schedule content and key messages for social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Line OA, EDM, SMS) exclusively for Quinn. Create storytelling concepts for seasonal campaigns and digital content for Quinn, including generating original copywriting and maintaining consistent messaging. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging across all communication platforms and ensure timely content delivery for Quinn. Production & Execution Work closely with the art director to coordinate and oversee the production of photoshoot campaigns, lookbooks, and digital content for Quinn. Manage and negotiate all production costs across all four brands, ensuring efficiency and budget compliance. Coordinate with third-party vendors (e.g., media agencies, stylists, photographers, event organizers, PR agencies) to execute photoshoots and marketing activities for Quinn. KOL & Celebrity Collaboration Identify, select, and manage relationships with celebrities and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to endorse and amplify Quinn’s brand visibility across multiple platforms. Oversee and manage KOL partnerships from initial outreach to content delivery, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and timelines. Project Management & Execution Identify new market opportunities and execute projects that support new product launches and strategic marketing initiatives for Quinn. Develop and manage marketing communication budgets and project timelines, ensuring all initiatives stay within scope, on schedule, and maintain high-quality standards. Coordinate with graphic designers to deliver artwork and marketing materials aligned with Quinn’s brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Monitor and analyze marketing performance across all channels, including Pinterest, to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements. Provide regular reports and insights to management on key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing outcomes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing communications, or a similar role. Proven expertise in managing multiple brands and social media platforms, especially Instagram and Pinterest. Experience in luxury or fashion industry is preferred. Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners. Creativity and a strong eye for design, storytelling, and brand identity. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media analytics, and content management systems.
