Marketing and Business Development Manager/ Senior Manager

 Job Purpose:

• To drive the development and enhancement of mutual fund products that align with client needs, market trends, and regulatory requirements, while also supporting business growth through product training, knowledge-sharing, and close collaboration with distribution partnership and company’s stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Mutual Fund Product Design for Unit-Linked Products: Creating and refining mutual fund products linked to insurance policies.

• Project Management for New Fund Launches: Overseeing the entire process of launching new funds.

• Ongoing Product Promotion and Enhancement: Continuously improving and promoting existing - products, and making strategic decisions about them.

• Product Management and Stakeholder Communication: Managing the product lifecycle and effectively communicating with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or master’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or related field

• CFA or other financial certifications are a plus

• 5-7 Years of experience in asset management, wealth management, financial institutions, or investment product.

• Solid understanding of investment product (Mutual Funds, ETFs, Private Funds, etc.)

• Deep understanding of mutual fund structures, investment strategies  and regulatory framework (SEC and AIMC)

• Experience designing and launching new mutual fund products aligned with market trends and clients needs with strong project management skills (timeline planning, cross-functional coordination, post-launch reviews)

• Ability to analyze investor behavior and suggest innovative fund ideas and comfortable conducting competitor analysis and identifying product gaps.

• Proficient in Excel, Power Point, and data analysis toolds. Knowledge of fund databases like Morningstar, Bloomberg is a plus

• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

• Fluent in English and Thai (spoken and written)
