Manufacturing Manager - Machine Shop (Bangpoo)

Your main role is to:

• Lead and manage factory teams to fulfill customer’s orders in time, quality, and cost-effective manner

• Drive continuous improvement on cost, quality, productivity, and technology

• Routine operational activities review

• P&L result and Inventory (RM/WIP/FG)

• Develop 2nd tire talents and potential young talents

• 6S enhancement

• Collaborate with Delta DG PMD (Fixture service center) to optimize cost-saving benefits for DET plants.

• Expand machining capacity and optimize machine type and layout

• Introduce ICT and ATS tester fixtures to make and build capability

• Introduce DET AMBU mechanical parts to make and build capability

• Implement SAP and MES

• ISO certificate

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics Engineering

• Minimum 10-15 years of experience as a manufacturing manager for a machine shop

• Good command of both spoken and written ENGLISH and CHINESE

• Strong Leadership skills

• Good communication/collaboration.
