Managing Director (Fintech)

Our client is one of the growing international fintech companies with its offices throughout SEA. 

Location: Nonthaburi area
Salary: 400,000 + 

Position Overview: The Managing Director will lead the strategic direction and operational execution of our fintech company, ensuring sustainable growth and innovation in the financial technology sector. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong background in fintech, exceptional management skills, and the ability to drive business objectives, particularly in business transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company's strategic plan to achieve business goals and objectives.

• Drive innovation and growth through new product development and market expansion.

• Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all business processes.

• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

• Lead and manage large-scale business transformation initiatives to improve overall performance.

• Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and revenue enhancement.

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure financial health and profitability.

• Manage P&L responsibilities, ensuring revenue growth and cost control.

• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree in business, finance, or related field.

• Proven track record in a leadership role within the fintech industry.

• Strong strategic and analytical capabilities with a focus on revenue growth and profitability.

• Expertise in business transformation, including process optimization and change management.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Experience in managing risk-based business strategies and execution.

• Good command of English and Thai

Qualifications:

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree in business, finance, or related field.

• Proven track record in a leadership role within the fintech industry.

• Strong strategic and analytical capabilities with a focus on revenue growth and profitability.

• Expertise in business transformation, including process optimization and change management.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
