Strategic Planning and Leadership: Develop and implement the strategic vision for the engineering and project management division, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals, particularly in energy efficiency and sustainability. Lead, mentor, and develop the engineering and project management teams, fostering talent growth and ensuring team members have the skills necessary to succeed in a dynamic energy management environment. Carry out other tasks assigned by senior management to support the growth and success of the division. Engineering Management To perform audits and to provide technical & commercial analysis on chilled water, compressed air, steam projects and/or any other assigned Energy projects. To design and review energy management improvement solutions offered to clients. Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, timelines, deliverables, and milestones. Identify potential risks across the project portfolio and develop proactive mitigation strategies to ensure projects are completed successfully. Project Management Drive end-to-end project execution through feasibility assessment, planning, and implementation, while managing risks, insurance, and challenges to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery Implement best practices in project management, encouraging the team to adopt innovative and efficient approaches to project delivery. Serve as the primary point of contact to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities. Ensure adherence to quality control processes, health and safety regulations, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle. Review and evaluate post-project performance to derive lessons learned and inform future project strategies. Manage and monitor project budgets and costs to ensure alignment with financial goals and ensure profitability while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction. Bachelor’s or above degree in engineering (Mech/ Electrical/ Industrial or related field) At least 5-10 years’ experience as Head of Engineering from firm which have structural Engineering standards/ workstreams (ex. EWP – Engineering Work Process: Feasibility | Conceptual | Details Design | Construction | Commissioning & Startup Standards – Protocols) At least 10-15 years’ experience in Utility Engineering Projects since Basic Engineering/ Details Designs/ Construction Management/ Pre-Commissioning/ Commissioning/ and Startup, direct Chiller Plant (Chillers/ Cooling Towers) project experience would be advantage Having experience and/or understanding in EaaS (Energy as a Service)/ ESCO (Energy Service Company) business model/ strategy/ and execution would be advantage Energy Efficiency audits and Improvement project experience would be plus Strong and familiar with financial terms (ex. NPV, IRR, EBIT) and Business Plan/ model (BP) as well as financial reviews Strong leadership, people management and continual process improvement skills Logical mindset with strong problem-solving skill Good technical knowledge with HVAC Design experience Pro-active, ability to learn, goal seeking, innovative and a good team player Good written and oral communication (both Thai and English) Strong communication skills: Updating to top management and communicating to peers and subordinates Enable Traveling in Thailand and occasionally in Southeast Asia (SEA) Flexible working hours (as business requirement)
