Maintenance Manager (Power Plant)

1. Assist the Plant Manager in the safe, efficient environmental and economical operation of the plant.      
2. Assist in development of plant operating budget, monitor and control costs within approved budget to meet plant objectives
3. Supervise maintenance personnel in the safe and timely execution of their duties, on a day-to-day basis.      
4. Develop and maintain written standard maintenance procedures and emergency maintenance procedures for all plant equipment.
5. Maintain standard plant condition records and forecasting required maintenance, part replacement.      
6. Make daily rounds trip of plant looking for the ways to increase the plant’s efficiency and looking for possible maintenance needs.
7. Monitor equipment and maintenance performance to meet plant performance objective.     
8. Maintain current knowledge of new concepts, trends, and methods in the field of power plant maintenance, and applicable government rules and regulations.      
9. Supervise maintenance staff in record keeping of maintenance program and purchasing program.      
10. Set up maintenance request program and monitor.      
11. Conduct maintenance repair / troubleshooting training on plant equipment as necessary.      
12. Maintain coordination of physical inventory in conjunction with Administrative Section Head.      
13. Perform communication with operations in identifying and verifying deficiencies including maintainability activity.      
14. Building team work to achieve company’s objective and policies.     
15. Perform other duties as assigned.      
16. Responsible for the assigned environmental procedures.
