Job Description

1. Plan and organize a maintenance team for overhaul, repair, maintenance, troubleshooting, and fault analysis of Machines & equipment to ensure high availability and reliability.

2. Able to Maintenance machines (Automation, Mechanical & Electrical)

3. Controlling and monitoring machine downtime, improving overall equipment efficiency.

4. Minimization of downtime, and improvement of MTBF and MTTR.

5. Implementation of OEE & TPM across the board and visualization with the deliverable result.

6. Planning and Developing maintenance procedures and ensuring effective implementation.

7. Controlling the use of Spare parts at optimum as well as zero spare part shortage.

8. Preparing related drawings, engineering documentation, and technical reports.

9. Maintain and improve housekeeping in all maintenance areas and ensure that all activities comply with ISO and IATF requirements.

Qualification

o   bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related fields.

o   Knowledge of PhytonC++ , LabView, Solid work, AutoCAD

o   Experience 0-5 years in a Maintenance Engineer role.

o   Have a good knowledge of Automation Systems, TPM, PM, and MSA.

o   Knowledge Lean Manufacturing (VSM, Kaizen, 5S), Six Sigma (DMAIC, SPC), PFMEA, IATF 16949, ISO 14001

o   Strong for problem-solving and decision-making, Proactive, a team.

o   Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint programs.

o   Leadership abilities, including the ability to instruct and coach team members, are required, as are language skills (English is required; Japanese is preferred)
