Responsibilities:

• Process and prepare accurate and complete documentation for invoices, packing lists, and import-export activities.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and import shipment.

• Summarize import-export document and record.

• Problem Solving: Addressing any issues that may arise during the logistics process, such as delays or discrepancies. 

• Perform other assigned tasks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field

• At least 0-2 years of experiences in logistics, transportation,impost-expost or other related fields.

• Strong organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. 

• Attention to detail: Accuracy is crucial for maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely deliveries. 

• Communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. 

• Good Communication in English skills.

• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Proficiency in logistics software: Familiarity with software used for managing inventory, tracking shipments, and other administrative tasks.
