Lifeguard

Main Job Roles and Responsibilities 

● Maintains constant surveillance of students and patrons in the facility; acts
immediately and appropriately to secure safety of students and patrons in the event of
emergency.
● Provides emergency care and treatment as required until the arrival of emergency
medical service
● Presents professional appearance and attitude at all times, and maintains a high
standard of customer service
● Performs various maintenance duties as directed to maintain a clean and safe facility
● Prepares and maintain appropriate reports
● Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
● Unlocks/Locks changing room gates and entrances before and after swimming training
● Assists in removal, installation, and correct storage of lane ropes after/before lessons
when required.
● Completes a weekly check and monthly audit on First Aid Kit (recording of any
materials used) and stock refill when required
● Evaluates the Pool conditions daily and is able to monitor Ph and Chlorine status

Qualifications and Key competencies:

● Internationally recognized Lifeguard Qualification
● Internationally recognized CPR & First Aid Qualification
● Male/Female
● Good command in both Thai and English languages
● Have good knowledge of poolside procedures, safety and first aid
● Have some experience in pool management and maintenance will be an advantage
● Have some experience working in an educational institution will be an advantage
