Learning and Organization Development Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, coordinate, and evaluate employee development activities based on organizational needs.

• Lead and implement organizational development initiatives that enhance workplace culture and support structural and process improvements.

• Develop and manage systems and data related to learning and development

• Act as a consultant to managers and employees on development opportunities, organizational change, and cultural alignment.

• Design and promote career path frameworks and development programs for key talent groups.

• Initiate and manage leadership development programs to build a pipeline of future leaders.

• Monitor and report on the impact of learning and development initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure effectiveness.

• Foster a continuous learning culture within the organization through campaigns, internal communications, and engagement strategies.

Qualifications (Suggested to Include):

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or related field.

• At least 1–3 years of experience in learning & development, organizational development, or a similar role.

• Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
