Key Responsibilities: Plan, design, coordinate, and evaluate employee development activities based on organizational needs. Lead and implement organizational development initiatives that enhance workplace culture and support structural and process improvements. Develop and manage systems and data related to learning and development Act as a consultant to managers and employees on development opportunities, organizational change, and cultural alignment. Design and promote career path frameworks and development programs for key talent groups. Initiate and manage leadership development programs to build a pipeline of future leaders. Monitor and report on the impact of learning and development initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure effectiveness. Foster a continuous learning culture within the organization through campaigns, internal communications, and engagement strategies. Qualifications (Suggested to Include): Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or related field. At least 1–3 years of experience in learning & development, organizational development, or a similar role. Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
