Key Stage 1 Phase Leader/ Primary Class Teacher

We are seeking an experienced Key Stage 1 Phase Leader/ Primary Class Teacher who will be responsible for the educational care and development of a class of children in accordance with the philosophy of the school’s curriculum program. The four key objectives of Phase Leader in this role are as follows:

● Leading Through Example in Teaching and Learning Practices

● Contribution to Learning Area and Curriculum Development

● Building Relationships with Students, Staff and Parents

● Contribution to the Whole School

Our School

St. Andrews International School Dusit is an Early Years – Primary school located in Bangkok, Thailand. St. Andrews Dusit follows the EYFS and English national curriculum and is accredited by EDT, ISAT and ISQM. St. Andrews Dusit has a student population of approximately 340 and is built around a close-knit community. With a modern learning environment staffed by highly trained educators, teachers work collaboratively to create opportunities for play-based and engaging learning for all of the learners.

The successful applicant must:

• Hold a qualified Teacher with significant teaching experience.

The successful applicant will also:

• Work closely with the Senior Management Team, keeping them regularly informed of pupil progress, interventions and support in place and highlighting, where necessary, changes and developments needed, liaise and work with parents and external agencies.

• Be a keen understanding and promoter of wellbeing for students and staff.

• Show cross–cultural awareness and ability to impact the school community by being engaging and visible
