Key Account Manager (Soft Services)

Job Description:

• Experienced in Contract management.

• Experienced in Operation management & Profitability management (P&L)

• Team management: Multi- teams and Multi - skills teamwork.

• Port-folio Management: Revenue accountability.

• Manage service quality to meet client agreements.

• Lead the team to deliver the best service to clients

• Take care of existing customers, renew contracts, and expand the customer base.

• Coordinate with the sales team to increase revenue in the responsible unit.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of customer service experience.

• Experience in managing security and janitorial services

• Experience in managing Hospitality or Manufacturing clients.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Ability to engage with executive-level clients.

• Proficiency in MS Office software and CRM software.
