Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries through the CRM platform.
- Assist customers with bookings, payment issues, travel disruptions, and ticket confirmations.
- Troubleshoot problems and offer clear, actionable solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, IT, etc.) when needed to resolve cases.
- Working Hours: 8 hours per day with a one-hour break.
- Shift: 15:00 - 00:00
- Days Off: 2 days per week (depending on the manpower)
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience in Customer Support is advantageous.
- A TOEIC score of 650 or higher is preferred.
- Only Thai nationals are eligible to apply.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of tourism is a plus.
- Experience in Customer support or OTA.
- Experience with Zendesk and Slack.
