Responsibilities Execute projects for ASH infrastructure related projects using various technology solutions. Server Planning Support for Application (ARB Material) and Support the roll-out of new applications Infrastructure design & solution, Middleware Operation Maintain inventories of hardware and software including S/W Life Cycle Management and Technical & Security consult and operation Act as 2nd Tier Support to Provide infrastructure services to ASH users, ASH Application Team and Honda Subsidiaries to resolve technical issues and run operation. Continuously monitor and maintain systems and networks Incident/Service Support aligned with SLA. Diagnose and troubleshoot system and network problems, software faults or hardware complications. Keep a record of issues, along with solutions, to refer back to in future instances Documenting and maintaining run books and operations documents for the transitioned network services, enforcing systems standards and providing feedback that helps to improve these standards. Manage Vendor in accordance to Operation Any other tasks assigned by supervisor Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Computer science / Information Technology / Business Administrator. 3-5 years experience in Server and Infra. Operation Self-driven and the ability to work independently, whilst follow the standard guideline and procedure Proficiency in communication skill in English and Thai. Have knowledge about Windows, Websphere, Oracle, VM Ware, Network Devices, VDI Critical thinking and analytical abilities to approach issues systematically and find solutions. Staying updated with emerging technologies and adapting to changing IT environments Ability to initiate or run project is a plus
