We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented leader to join our team as an Influencer Strategic Planning Manager. This role will be pivotal in shaping and executing our influencer marketing initiatives, driving brand engagement, and contributing significantly to our business growth. The Manager will also be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of influencer marketing specialists.What You'll Do- Develop and Lead Communication & Influencer Marketing Strategies: Oversee the communication development and implementation of comprehensive influencer marketing strategies that align with overarching business goals. Define target audiences, influencer personas, and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of initiatives.Represent the agency in client meetings by presenting strategies and providing expert consultations.
- Team Leadership and Development: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of influencer marketing specialists. Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to ensure team growth and success.
- Campaign Planning and Oversight: Conduct in-depth research to gain comprehensive consumer insights and market knowledge, ensuring strategic alignment of all campaign executions. Direct the planning, execution, and optimization of influencer marketing campaigns. This includes overseeing communication and influencer strategy, influencer briefings, budget management, and performance tracking.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Lead the analysis of campaign performance data to extract meaningful insights, measure return on investment (ROI), and identify areas for improvement. Develop and present regular reports on campaign performance and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
- Budget Management and Resource Allocation: Manage the influencer marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation across campaigns and initiatives.
- Industry Trend Monitoring and Innovation: Stay at the forefront of influencer marketing trends, emerging platforms, and best practices. Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and innovative approaches.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration and Alignment: Foster strong working relationships and collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., marketing, account executives, creative, social media, legal) to ensure seamless campaign integration and alignment with broader marketing strategies.
- Process Improvement and Standardization: Develop and implement efficient workflows and processes for influencer identification, outreach, campaign execution, and reporting.
- Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with influencer marketing platforms, agencies, and other relevant vendors.
Who You Are- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in communication strategy, influencer marketing, digital marketing, or a related field, with demonstrable experience leading projects and/or teams.
- Proven track record of developing, executing, and analyzing successful, large-scale influencer marketing campaigns.
- Deep understanding of various social media platforms, the influencer landscape, and relevant analytics.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in coaching and developing team members.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across different levels.
- Experience managing budgets and allocating resources effectively.
- Proficiency with influencer marketing platforms and analytics tools.
