Influencer Platform Development Manager

Strategic Leadership & Platform Vision:

• Develop and implement the overall strategic roadmap for the AnyTag platform, aligning with business objectives and market trends.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis and competitive research to identify opportunities for platform innovation and growth.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure platform success and ROI.
• Lead the development of new platform features and functionalities, prioritizing based on user needs and market demand.
• Act as a subject matter expert on influencer marketing platforms, providing strategic guidance to internal teams and clients.

Team Management & Development:

• Build, lead, and mentor a team of platform developers, specialists, and support staff.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture, promoting continuous learning and development.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and create development plans for team members.
• Manage team resources and budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, and product teams.

Platform Growth & Optimization:

• Drive influencer acquisition and engagement on the AnyCreator platform, developing strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Optimize platform performance and user experience, ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience for influencers and clients.
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve platform adoption, engagement, and revenue growth.
• Manage and optimize influencer relationships, addressing complex issues and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Oversee platform administration, ensuring efficient campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization.
• Work closely with the tech team to guide platform enhancement and bug fixes.

Stakeholder Management & Reporting:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including influencers, clients, and internal teams.
• Develop and deliver regular reports on platform performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Represent the platform at industry events and conferences, promoting brand awareness and thought leadership.
• Manage platform budgets and ensure accurate financial reporting.

• 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, with a focus on platform development and management.
• Proven track record of driving platform growth and achieving business objectives.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience building and mentoring high-performing teams.
• Deep understanding of influencer marketing platforms, preferably AnyTag or similar platforms.
• Expertise in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
