Responsibilities: Lead and support IFA to be active seller. Partner with IFA to meet up with customers when in need. Coach/train IFA for all products and soft skills. Monitor sales performance and prepare MIS/data for further analysis. Recruit new IFA. Coordinate with related parties to facilitate IFA sales process. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or Higher in related field. Experience 10 years and above in Investment, Sales, Team management. Product knowledge, Communication skills, Sales driven mindset, Training/coaching, Performance coaching/tracking, Marketing/Presentation skills. Licensing requirements IC license, LIB, NIB.
