• Process, Control and assign staffs to properly process Import transactions
• Monitor all received enquiries and tackle problem / issue
• Co-ordinate and communicate with customers and related parties
• Provide coaching and conduct training session to improve staffs’ knowledge and performance
• Control expense to be in line with target
• Perform other assigned tasks including signing on required documents

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• 5 years of working experience in Trade Finance products and Trade Operations
• Experienced in Telegraphic transfer, Bahtnet transfer, and Invoice checking
• Good communicate in English language both speaking and writing
